How can I schedule an estimate?
You are welcome to stop by as a walk-in during our business hours. Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm to get an estimate at our new Estimating and Claims Office at 2 Canal St. in Lisbon Falls.
Do you work with my insurance company?
You, as a customer, have the right to get your repairs done at any repair shop of your choice. We work directly with a number of insurance companies, and will do repairs for any insurance companies.
Will the repairs be more than the original estimate?
The original estimate that we write up is based on only what we can see from the exterior that needs to be done. There are times that once we start working on the car we find hidden damage that amounts to supplemental costs to complete the repair correctly. We work with the insurance companies to cover the costs of the supplemental damage as long as it is found to relate to the original claim.
Do you offer loaner vehicles?
We do have loaner vehicles available for customers during the time that their vehicle is being repaired with us at no extra charge to the customer.
Do you do state inspections?
We do state inspections at our body shop at 140 Main St. in Lisbon Falls. We ask that you please call ahead before you would like to come in for the inspection so that we can let you know when we have an opening. To check for availability please call (207) 353-8100.
Do you rent vehicles?
We can only loan vehicles to customers if we are doing a repair on their vehicle at our shop.
Can I get my car detailed?
We do not do detailing at our shop.
Do you offer financing or payment options for repairs?
We require full payment of your deductible or repairs when the vehicle is completed for picked up.
How should I pay for my repairs?
We accept cash, checks, or any major credit cards. If your repairs are above $500, we recommend that you check with your bank on your purchase limits for your credit or debit card before coming in. If you have a lower limit than the amount you would like to charge, you can often request with the bank a one-time authorization for a larger amount.
Are there any guarantees with work you do on my car?
We guarantee collision repair work that we do on your vehicle 100% for as long as you own it.
